I noticed a small glitch (Maybe). And maybe it is not a glitch but a settings issue..

When a new user logs on, they get a notification of a new email (System Generated Welcome Email Message)... When they select "Yes" to read the
email, it does not display it. The have to go to the Message Menu, Join the home group, switch to the group to read the message...

If it's a setting thing... then ignore this...

Hi there Gary,

Feel free to try the new user procedure on my system, it's still very stock. The issue you describe doesn't occur here, a new user can read their welcome message during the initial login process.

I wouldn't suggest there's not necessarily an issue somewhere, but I have had success in the past few days reading that new message on a couple of Mystic systems I've been a new user on, including my own.
