So this has nothing to do with the .tic or the way it was created. What this relates to is Mystics super ability to detect if the file exists somewhere
else in your system, not just in that file base.

Have a look in your file base settings

Û List Columns ³ 2 See Unvalidated
Û Bases in Groups ³ Yes DL Unvalidated
Û Reshow File Header ³ No See Failed
Û Upload Dupe Scan ³ All DL Failed


If your 'Upload Dupe Scan' is set to all then all bases are scanned during a file import / upload and that's where (in this case) your system said '
