• How to edit One Liners?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to edit the One Liners in Mystic? I'd like to remove some
    lines.

    Balky;
    I did some research and could not find an already-built editor for your \mystic\data\oneliner.dat file.... So... I created my own.

    I uploaded a file called oneliner.zip onto my BBS
    (anotherbbs.bbsindex.com) under the Group: fsxNet Files... Area: fsx_Net_Mystic_Utilities/Mods_etc.

    I wrote it in DOS Pascal, so it will have to be run in a DOS environment (Dosbox etc). There are instructions in the Readme.txt file inside the Archive.

    I was looking for something like this for the same reason, so I just
    wrote the program myself. So Log on to my BBS, and download the program... I've tested it on my own BBS's oneliner.dat file and it works great... Just
    do not ADD to the database while running the program, Mystic only allows 10 records for the file...

    Wow, thank you for sharing your editor. I'll get it in a while. Dosbox is already setup in my laptop running Slackware64, so I should be able to use it quickly soon. :)

    Would you be happy to upload to Agency BBS and I distro it via FSX_MUTL file echo in fsxNet?

    Best, Paul
