Interesting find tonight...

I was trying to debug why some files were not tossing in to a BBS.
The .TIC password was set correctly in the echonode for the system sending
the files and yet Mystic was reporting BAD password. The fix turned out to be setting the password as all UPPERCASE in Mystic even though the password in
the .TIC file was all lowercase.

This satisfied Mystic and it then tossed the files in.
