I just noticed that when a new user signs up on Mystic, it will assign
the user ID that has already been used. I had someone sign up this morning, and Mystic gave them the user ID of 14, when 14 is already in use. It should have assigned and ID of 16.
Sounds like permissions error, like it doesn't have permission to write data\user.dat. What user owns data/user.dat and what user was running? Even Widnows has Users and permissions and that's what it sounds like. Your tag
line show Windows so check owner of \mustic\data\user.dat and if it was
running under that user or Administrator. I do the run as Administrator under Windows before I kick off mis, perhaps it was as the regular user?
