I write this now so I don't forget it.

I am again seeing some bad message formatting in QWK message bases from dovenet. I don't see this formatting in any other type of echo. I'm reasonably certain that the issue is caused by the message editor that the author is using, but I can't say that I see the issue from the same
author/BBS in FTN-style echos. Anyway, it looks like theres an issue with
the screen width handling. It makes extra carriage returns and caused blank lines in paragraphs.

I have seen it as well in the QWK bases. Every once and awhile it will show
up in an FTN base, but not nearly as often.

I'll try to get a screenshot when I find one.
