    Sounds like a corrupt file somewhere.... does this only happen with fidopoll? Perhaps consider removing all files from echomail\out\fidonet (or what ever dir you are using) and try fidopoll again after first running a fidopoll killbusy first.

    i fixed it there where a few files locked buy the root user some how

    Cool cool... do you run your setup as a standard user like pi:pi or similar?
