    Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is a Mystic or Synchronet setup issue.

I have a point system running MysticBBS under Ubuntu. This point is
connecting to the main BBS runnin Synchronet under Win10.

When I post a message on the point system, It sends to the main BBS just
fine, but when it processes with SBBSEcho, it sends a copy of the message
back to the point system. It's not a major problem, just an annoyance at this point.

Is it possible that I don't have something set right, or should I just
replace Synchronet as the main BBS... (I know Mystic is the main program on here...)

    Thanks for the assistance.

It's likely to be a setting in SBBSEcho but I don't know about that software
so am not much use to you - sorry. :(

No problem. I was just curious if anyone has run into an issue like this. I wonder if SBBSEcho doesn't recognize a point address...

That could well be the case. Suggest you cross post this into fsx_gen as when some of the guys get back from their holidays etc. (vk3jed) they should be
    able to help :)

    Hi Dan,
I run a point (BBBS) for FsxNet connected to the main running SBBS but I never receive any copy back.

    Thanks

What version of sbbsecho? Older versions did have some issues with points.

It's version 3.00. I'm going to try to upgrade from vert, and see if a new version helps.

I have had BBBS, SBBS. and Mystic setup concurrently in different host/point arrangements under Linux and didn't have any such problem so I would surmise that it would likely be a config issue.
