Account Settings likely need to vary with theme. In the ASCII theme
an ANSI editor isn't useful, lightbar is also likely not useful.
In default theme they are useful, so account settings likely want
to be unique to the theme so each theme has it's own settings.
I am assuming ASCII theme doesn't mean "no ANSI terminal emulation" but if
that is the case, Mystic will fallback to non-lightbar versions when a user doesn't hae ANSI.
It is also possible for the authem author to force certain reader types if
they want to and the account setting menu can be theme-specific!
