I'm thinking about playing with the Linux version and moving my boards
to a dedicated machine. What I want to know is: Are the executables the only difference between Linux and Windows versions? If I install on my linux box, can I just copy all the data and config files over from my windows installation or will I have to start each board fresh?
For the most part you can move with ease to Linux

Q: I use Mystic in Windows, but I want to move to Raspberry Pi. Can I move to
a different operating system without losing my BBS data?
