Hi,

Somehow I seem to have managed to get a NetMail message base marked as mandatory reading - it won't let the user continue until they've reached the end of the message.

Is this a function of Mystic BBS? If so, how would I toggle it?

Yep, have a look at the message base settings and look at the 'new scan' if
it is set to 'forced' set it instead to 'yes'
