  • User password reset by email

    Hi guys,

    I've recently setup an email server on my VPS and I want to enable user password recovery by email.
    Server's info is configured in mystic but when I try to recover a password I receive an error that the system cannot send emails.

    Security is STARTTLS on port 587 but I cannot seem to find any configuration for this, only SSL.

    Any Ideas?

    Do you have the cryptlib installed?

    Do you get any specific error message in logs somewhere? Either Mystic logs
    or your email server logs?

    now is installed, plus some other configuration I've managed to get things going. Now my users can recover their passwords via email.

    Hi,

    It seems that missing cryptolib + me not stating the port no in the mystic configuration was the issue.

    all is working now.
