From Accession@21:1/200 to All on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 07:39:44
So after tinkering a bit, I've found a couple of quirks after upgrading to
the latest version. One of which has been there for many versions and brought up in the past, but either unable to reproduce or not noticed by others:

I have made a custom last callers screen, which utilizes the &7 pipe code to show the current caller number. I have 10 last callers listed, and the inconsistency I've noticed is that the numbering for said caller numbers doesn't seem to work correctly. Granted, I'm the only user logging in
currently but I don't think that should matter in this case. Here's what I'm seeing:

Name Location Node Date Time Call#

    Accession Overthere, WI 1 4/29/19 07:13a 191
    Accession Overthere, WI 1 4/30/19 07:14a 192
    Accession Overthere, WI 1 4/30/19 08:15a 191
    Accession Overthere, WI 1 4/30/19 09:11a 191

Kind of a shorthanded example, but if you notice the "Call#" column seems to get out of wack. There can be 5-6 calls in a row that increase the caller number by one, but then something like the above occurs. Not sure what that's about or if anyone else has noticed this.

Second, the node listing ansi I mentioned a week or two ago seems to continue having the issue mentioned no matter what I do:

I display a 79x23 line ansi, I have CL and PO MCI codes at the beginning of it, and [X15 [Y13 coordinates at the end of the ansi to put the cursor location in a specific position for the node 1 listing. Once said node 1 listing is displayed with me online, I get a "More" prompt (not to be confused with a pause prompt), and when I hit enter the rest of the nodes with the "Waiting for connection..." prompt are displayed in their proper location, followed by the pause prompt at [X01 [Y24.

This setup used to work flawlessly in A39, but something seemed to have
changed between then and now. Prompt 139 right now is as follows (minus pipe codes (!) for any display purposes):

    ![X15!07!&1 !15!&2 ![X46!12!&3

and prompt 138 still displays the full screen ansi:

    !DFnodelist!

I've tried using !R combinations on each "&" MCI code in prompt 139 to keep
the entire line under 79 characters (hell, more like under 60 characters
    since ansi is involved).

So there's nothing in the ansi or any of the prompts involved that would cause anything to think the ansi is more than 24 lines (which I would assume is the only time the "More" prompt (prompt 132 for specifics) should ever be
displayed unless there's an MCI code to force it, and the ansi itself disables pausing..

This has been something I've had modded here from whatever version I
originally installed here (maybe even prior to 1.12, or may have been the original 1.12 itself before alphas?) and worked up until I switched from A39
to current. Oddly enough this is the *only* quirk I've seen in prompts so far since the upgrade, and probably have about half of my prompts modified from original so far.. and yes I've copy/pasted the additional contents of the new stock default.txt to my default.txt per the upgrade instructions.

    Regards,
    Nick
