I noticed that my #1 node always says "Logging In" - "Unknown" even after resetting MIS. I deleted all the semaphores thinking that might clear it, but still seems to be tied up.

Any ideas on what I need to do for a re-set? I have tried all the obvious things like restarting MIS, deleting semaphores.

Fire up nodespy and there is an option to "Kill Ghost" - I had a few of those and killing the ghost, then restarting MIS usually cleared it up.

Have you tried to kill the ghost via nodespy?
