Tried it on my BBS and yes there is something there.. After I display a file,
I exit and the screen doesn't get redrawn. I keep escaping and it goes back

Looking again at the redraw of the screen, it does redraw the screen, but doesn't clear the screen first. So basically the slide bar menu at the top
only two menu's then two edit theme lines when you escape back to the SysOp menu it clears the screen and all is back to normal. Like I said it feels to
me like a missing clear screen...

Mystic doesn't clear screens its saves and restores sections of the screen as you move around. I think I know what is happening... It sounds like you're using a statusbar at the bottom, correct?

I'll take a look and see what I can figure out. I bet if you turn off the status bar it will look normal.

Its a replacement for Mystic-DOS that Mystic had in the 1990s. Its just a shell that allows you to do stuff to maintain your BBS and files remotely. Its a menu command that you an slap on your SysOp menu if you want to.

You can access the system configuration, ansi and text editors, run mpl and python, chat/kick users, do your regular dos/bash-like disk functions, etc.

Basically, it's a built-in doorway. Still need to play with this...

Bingo again.. Turned off the status bar on the bottom and it fixed it up no issue on my end. Not sure what DM is still seeing though.. Thanks for the help...
