Yup, I've been using under both for years. you can run Windows 3.11 under DOSBox and run old win32 stuff that way. Some people have got Win95 working under Windows10 that way. I play DOOM and other things under Window10 that
way. It was in the Windows 98 days that you started to be able to do that.
With Win95 you could play DOS games that way but not run Win3.11, with time
it changed.
