Hello!

I'm trying to set up a friend's BBS web server on mystic and Win 7 Pro/64.
The BBS works, the web server works locally, but it won't connect from the domain name. Is there something I have to disable or install?

Make sure port 80 is open on the router/firewall and than an index.html
exists in the web document root. And make sure the domain name resolves
to your friend's public IP address.

The first thing I would check is firewalls and port forwarding.

I did it alot easier, I was trying to do too much with even more! Since both domain's go to the same IP, and he really only needed the one domain name in the first place, it was easier for me to find port issues instead of dealing with TWO domain names,. had it fixed in less than 30 minutes!

That was the issue, I had to play around with his router too :)

I've been playing with the Web server and seem to have found a video format
it will send, webm! http://bcw142.zapto.org/Computer_Chronicles/The_Computer_Chronicles_0103_-_Comp uter_Music_1983-12-05.webm
is an example that my Pi is sending out now. I had to use the underbars and drop special characters to get it working, but it works. Thought you all
should know, it also means Avon could host his own videos ;) Most browsers will stream this format, the example is an old Public Domain program from the 1980's originally broadcast on PBS here in the US. I converted it from mp4 using ffmpeg to webm.
