Ok, even after reinstalling the file multiple times, and just updating to Netfoss 1.20 I still get the error with NTVDM.EXE crashing. I've tried all
the suggestion form both folks in here, as well as multiple Google searches, but nothing seems to be working. and I LOATH having to reinstall the OS
because of the number of programs that I would have to reinstall. I'm at my wits end here folks, About ready to say to hell with my DOS door games and
just run nothing but BBSLINK doors, and EXODUS doors (once I manage to get Exodus working again). On the plus side, if I do that then I can update to a
    64 bit OS. :P

How about I find my copies of netfoss and ntvdm that work for me, zip them up and filebox them to you to try?

I'm no longer running any local door games so it's no longer a problem. I've switched to using Doorparty, Exodus, and BBSlink in preparation for changing
    to a 64 bit OS.

Dallas, as much as some people feel that is taking the easy way out, (I was told this on Facebook when I first put my board up again). It's the best way
in my eyes sometimes. I was running at the time a 64 bit OS and didn't feel like losing the 8gigs RAM i had on the machine because of Doors. I'm not
gonna lie, I am not running my BBS' for the users, I am running them for me!
I take great pride in what I do, back in the 80's and 90's it was all about
the user. Today? I enjoy logging on to my at the moment 3 boards looking at what I have accomplished and taking pride in it. If callers call, that is an added benefit. :) Anyways, I am rambling.. :)

I so agree with you the users are a plus, but I just enjoy reading and sometimes posting in the networks.

I'm starting to understand the days of dialup and getting 42 calls or more
    are over!

Oh yea. those days are done, I think that is why I enjoy the message echos so much.. fsx, C=Net, Retro and all the smaller nets are good nets there is a
lot of talk and good times. Fido to me is all about snootiness, so I don't
post to much on there, kind of like some of the groups on Facebook. If you
are not the all knowing mighty wizard of ass you are nothing. I sit back read the echos I want to and enjoy the conversations..

    Greg;

Yes, It's stable and has about 20-30 door games including some of my original door games like Break the Web, Star Trek Enhanced, Motel Kalifornia, AF Downs, AF Slots just to name a few.

It is a stable system, running under Mystic and only Telnet.

I'm running on a Pi, which makes doors challenging. I'm still going to see
what I can get running locally, but yeah, it's a quick way to get doors running.

And given how relatively small the BBS community is now, there just aren't enough players left for everyone to run their own copies of LORD or TW2K. Better to aggregate them, methinks.
