I would like to know where Mystic BBS save the user details, in which file.

Can someone gently help me?

location is /mystic/data/users.dat, that is the location and filename of the file that stores the users information.

You can only edit users when you enter mystics config in your case:
./mystic -cfg

Then to editors then user editor, from there you can mod users.
