For some reason my mutil (filetoss.ini) is findng dupes and putting them in badfiles area, but I have
allow_replace = true
to allow replacement of updated file with same name like the nodelist files.

But it is not doing that. What am I missing?

The log does say dupe file moving to badfiles

What is likely happening is that your trying to import a file that exists in another file base other than the base the file being imported in to is trying to import to.. gee that's hard to read!

Simply, head to config, file base settings, change dupe checking from 'all'
to 'current' :)

The drop all the files and tic back into echomail in and run the toss again :)
