Hey there good sir... I'll try and help. :) First question. Incoming how? Like a local BBS upload or something that is received with a TIC and then imported by Mystic?

Then all you need to do is set up echonodes and attach them to the file base. As Mystic processes the incoming TIC it will also toss the file to the other nodes and generate their own TICs etc. Just make sure you set each node up
with a filebox, tic password etc. Hope that helps :)

Other that what you have stated, do I need to make any changes to Mystic? I see there is a setting in file base editor for each file area that says "FileEchoHub" does that have anything to do with this? Thank Avon.

Yes, it determines if a node sends to your HUB is your HUB will toss the
files on to other nodes attached to the base. So if only you want to hatch files you set that as 'no' or if you want others who send your file base a
file and tic to be able to in turn have your Mystic send the tic and files on to nodes also connected to your file base you set that as yes.
