Hmm, I don't recall seeing UTF-8 as an option in SyncTerm. Just
looked, it's not among the available codepages, unless it's been added
in a recent build. I'm sure PuTTY and Linux telnet/SSH will do UTF-8.

I also just looked. Looks to me like the only one that is in English is 437(?). The rest are all foreign font sets.

Yep. I run CP 437 as it is the only codepage suitable for me. My preference is to use UTF-8 where possible, as I have been using it in the Linux world for years.
