What you have proved is that "we" knew it if we are Chinese officials. Otherwise, most of "we" did not know for about 6 weeks. Looks like
The US and Canada started reacting once it started spreading in North America.
When the US became aware that it was spreading there were already community transmission going on for weeks. Now there might be over a 100,000 infected persons in the US, most of them not tested. In 2 weeks there will be thousands of deaths.

to the COViD-19 outbreak. in my areas, the outside traffic has
INCREASED, not decreased.

There is no god. Really, what kind of god gives children cancer and inflicts this epedemic onto the entire population of the world?

LOL, what a hypocrite.

So which is it?
We usually associate the love of God with the benefits we receive from
Him and the blessings that come from His kind and merciful hand. Because His love usually manifests itself in good things that happen to us, we sometimes fall back in shock and consternation when we see a child
struck by disease or some other trauma.
Before we speak to the question of why God allows children to suffer, we need to ask the bigger question: Why does God allow suffering to happen
to any person, whether he's two years old, two months old, or twenty
years old? The Scriptures tell us that suffering came into the world as
a consequence of the fall of man and of creation; that is to say, it is because of sin that God has visited judgment upon this planet. That includes the curses of pain, disease, sorrow, and death that attend the consequences of wickedness.

If that is a bad thing, then why are you out traveling?

Respecting a viewpoint to first and foremost ...
Here is my respectful response to your viewpoint.
Why would a loving and holy God allow a child to suffer through a serious illness such as cancer?
We usually associate the love of God with the benefits we receive from
Him and the blessings that come from His kind and merciful hand. Because His love usually manifests itself in good things that happen to us, we sometimes fall back in shock and consternation when we see a child
struck by disease or some other trauma.

How could a loving and holy God allow a baby to suffer a debilitating disease? I think the answer is partly contained in that very question.
God is holy, and in His holiness He exercises judgment against the wickedness that is prevalent in human nature. When we ask the question with respect to infants, sometimes lurking behind that question is the unspoken assumption that babies are innocent. Virtually every church in the history of Christendom has had to develop some concept of what we
call original sin because the Scriptures teach us so clearly that we are born in a sinful state and that the curse of the fall attends every
human life. That sounds grim and dreadful until we realize that in that judgment on fallen humanity comes also the tempering of Gods wrath with mercy and grace and His whole work of redemption. We believe with great joyous anticipation that there is a special measure of grace that God
has reserved for those who die in infancy. Jesus said, Suffer the little children to come unto me, for to such belongs the kingdom of God" (Matt. 19:14).
One warning that I have to raise at this point is that we dare not jump
to the conclusion that an individual person's particular disease or affliction is a direct result of some particular sin. That may not be
the case at all. As humans, all of us must participate in the broad complex of the fallenness of our humanity, which includes the tragedy of disease.

My business is in sales, so i pickup products from warehouses
from seattle to eugene... since i dont contact any humans during
those travels, they havent stopped... with this COViD-19
situation, i will admit that i take a few big exits daily to see
the current situation and traffic out there in the public space.
since i do travel, i am able to see a few cities traffic daily.
the point was that it is [still, btw... 3/24/20] BUSIER in public
than it was prior than the COViD-19 outbreak.

i think that we should allow the professionals to take the reigns
-- no, not just the doctors... but doctors, economists, and
scientists.. im sure we could come up with a few other titles
that could help; so long as we could get TRUMP out of the room.

Perhaps that's why Washington/Oregon is such a hotspot... I am
seeing the EXACT OPPOSITE as far as traffic here where I live.
Explains NYC, too...

Do you think the people and kids who are now not working or at school are out running around in public? I had to go out to the pharmacy Monday. They have a drive through like the banks used to... as little contact as possible. Remembering what you'd said, I honestly think there were a whole lot less people out in my area than normal at that time of day.
However, I had to then remind myself that I went later than I normally would so that I could avoid people, so I don't have the best frame of reference for it. Also, with the restaurants closed, a lot of people who work here but live in surrounding areas probably had gone ahead and left town for the evening.
The roads were as empty as I have ever seen them while the Sun is still out. Maybe seeing what it did on the West Coast has folks here more frightened to be out and not social distancing.
