No, it has to be a netmail message addressed to areafix to your uplink's address.

You'll want to send a netmail to Areafix at your hub. Who are you getting
your fsx feed from?

Yes, you could send a netmail message to areafix at 21:4/100, with the
%rescan command.
If you're unfamiliar with the areafix process, send a netmail to areafix at 21:4/100, with your password as the subject. In the body of the message, put
in the command %help and send it.
Within a few minutes, you should have a reply from the hub with a lot of good information on how to use the areafix system.

e.g.
%rescan d=30
would resend last 30 days worth of echomail for all bases you were attached

Bugger, sorry to hear.

9.40pm Sun here, gotta get some sleep soon I hope.
So far so good. I've been lucky enough to still be able to work from home. My job has had some crazy hours over the last 7 days and not all at regular
times so that's been a bit harder.
Still not having to do the morning commute has been kinda cool. I just wish
it was under different circumstances. We had our first COVID-19 death today
in New Zealand and the government is prepping folks for rising numbers of
cases and deaths in the days/weeks to come :(
Hopefully in 3-4 weeks our curve may flatten and we can end the lock down but honestly my spidey sense thinks it may roll on for 6-8 weeks at this stage.
Time will tell. Hope your stomach feels better soon and you get some ZZzz..
I'm going to try to do that now.
Night.

They're never fun... whats the prob? If you're quesy never found a solution for that one, its just got to wear off. If you're crampy then you could try some buscopan, its over the counter here is Aus but it does work a treat if thats your symptom...

I had immediate pain around my solar plexus after eating dinner and my
stomach was making a lot of noise. When I tried sleeping hours later I had
some really intense nightmares and woke up shortly thereafter with intense
pain in my lower gut.
Eventually I fell asleep and I just woke up at 10am on Sunday with some mild lower gut irritation.
My stomach is very sensitive following a really horrible food poisoning
episode I dealt with in 2006 in Iraq. It was so bad then that I was medevac'd from the country and taken to a high level care facility in Kuwait for two weeks. Ever since, things have been very unpredictable as it regards my stomach. Nobody knows what the problem is and there's no way to fix it;. :/

Don't speed... ;) I do think the 25mph speed limit there is a bit slow...
That van has almost got me a few times too.
I send you an email the 27th, my tracking shows a Soft Bounce so guess
you did not get it. Will try again. No biggie.
Just got it and replied. Not sure why it would have bounced... Perhaps the email server was working from home... ;)

your job. I have my fingers crossed this may change.
IBS is another one that's pretty easy to figure out on your own. Here's my howto, exclusive for FSXnet:
1. No more booze.
2. Cut out any fried/bbq food.
3. Cut out any sodas such as coke, sprite, etc.
4. Cut out pasta, bread
5. Eat more vegetarian food
6. Cut out potato chips, candy and any other snack that's packed with fat
You can pretty much do it in that order. Maybe switch places for 5 and 6. Also,
if you are a smoker, quit immediatly. Tobacco smoke is really harmful for your
digestive system (and for the rest of your body too).
Also, if you can feel pain in your stommach, like in the lower middle to right regions, you may have basically an infection in your digestive system that's almost like open wounds (it looks really bad when they shove a camera in there to have a look). If you feel that pain sometimes or all the time, then you need
to have it checked out. Eating better will fix some of it but you will probably need medication and, if it's really really bad, surgery.
Good luck

You can try different diets and see if it has any effect:
1) no gluten (or no wheat / spelt)
2) no dairy (or no cow dairy)
3) low-FODMAP
4) paleo-style

IBS is another one that's pretty easy to figure out on your own. Here's my howto, exclusive for FSXnet:
Changes to diet have had no impact on my issues, with the exception of dairy intake simply making things worse.
The only "diagnosis" I've ever received is that I have something called "Post Infectious Bacterial Overgrowth (PIBO) of the small intestine" and it's not something that there's really any treatment for. With all the medical technology of the 21st century, we still don't have a way to examine the
small intestine, since we can't stick a camera in there that far.
This diagnosis was happened upon by accident, because I had strep throat at
one point and the specific antibiotics given to me made my PIBO symptoms subside. I told this to my doctor and she said if the symptoms returned a
week or so after stopping the antibiotics, it was PIBO, and there's no real treatment or cure. It's just something I'll have to put up with for the rest
of my life.
Ugh.

I should have looked more carefully. There is indeed a GPL-3.0 LICENSE file. I was distracted by the commit message "Updated to 2.22 and now Freeware!" as freeware is free as in beer (kind of free shareware), but not open source, and according to the docu

IBS is another one that's pretty easy to figure out on your own. Here's my howto, exclusive for FSXnet:
1. No more booze.
No problem with that. Pre-diabetic.
2. Cut out any fried/bbq food.
There's a reason I love my air fryer!
3. Cut out any sodas such as coke, sprite, etc.
Easier said than done. Love my soda for the caffeine. Gives me the punch to get/keep me going.
4. Cut out pasta, bread
Another hard one.
5. Eat more vegetarian food
Already eat enough fruit to grow a tree out my backside.
6. Cut out potato chips, candy and any other snack that's packed with fat
Do like my baked chips...especially from the air fryer. For anyone who's
never had one...it is a miracle device...especially if you do like fried food...but hate all the grease which comes with it. Never saw a reason to put food in grease & waste that.
I am trying...but as with many things...gotta have a vice...especially since
my doctor says my current tests done about 3 weeks ago were fantastic.

1) no gluten (or no wheat / spelt)
Had a girlfriend who was into this. Did nothing for me...since it's not an issue I have.
2) no dairy (or no cow dairy)
Like milk/cheese...but found it goes bad before I use it all...so don't waste my money.
3) low-FODMAP
Have no idea.
4) paleo-style
Being pre-diabetic...have to worry about my diet...especially since I
remember doing Atkins years ago...with many attempting Keto...but from what I've seen in my air fryer mailings...that's worse than some of the stuff I
eat.

It's faster, more configurable, more options, better reporting, more reliable.
Basically, Mystic does a great job for a node system. For a hub system, it tries really hard, but there are a few hiccups that cause issues.

Hi Black Panther!
Just a quick test of the Mystic v1.12a47 pre-release
Looks like it works... receiving in Alberta Canada :)
Great! Thank you.
Your welcome.
I did have a small hiccup, but nothing major with the upgrade.
Like everything goes according to plan anyway
Cheers,

Awesome. Thank you.
Other then the zip errors not having (") unzip -oqqjC "%1" "%2" -d "%3" <---
I found that when moving files it wont stop when you pick it to, you have
to go all the way through the file areas then pick say file area #5 to move

Hi Randy :)
Yep seeing you here in New Zealand.
You may want to pull down the latest infopack from bbs.nz/fsxnet.zip and
check the available echos as some may have been added to the network since
your last install :)

I didn't know you guys did preventative maintenance for your nodes - the Net

Ha! Nice...
Yes I'm just trying to revisit nodes I can see that are inactive in NET 1 and either work with them to get them running or if I hear nothing after hailing the sysop I move to delist and remove them from the HUB... saves on lots of packets sitting around the NET 1 HUB floor and cluttering up the exits...

I was just lamenting switching from Radius for my mailer for just the same reason. Semi-buggy, but I liked the status screen as it would show last
polled time and a graphical list of files waiting.

Thanks for the welcome. I am enjoying it very much. I live in the Tampa, FL area and it is 68 degrees now and going to the 80's.
I much prefer the summer months myself. I've lived in Florida since 1981 and don't get along with the cold weather anymore.
Anyway, great to be here!

I'm lucky and yet Florida is the butt of a lot of jokes. I moved from Detroit in 1981 because the City of Fort Lauderdale wanted to hire me. It took probably 10 seconds to make up our minds. Especially since it was in late December, 1980 when I got the call.

At least most people in the US know that Florida is one of the 50 states. There are a lot of people who didn't know the New Mexico was in the US. When we moved here, I had people asking if I was going to give up my US citizenship...
To quote Jeff Dunham, "New Mexico. It's like Mexico, but fresher."

I can relate. We moved to New Mexico from Wisconsin. It was the end of March and the weather there was in the 30s with snow flurries. When we got to New Mexico, it was in the 80s. I said, "We're going the right direction in temperature!" ;)

10 seconds!?! Late December in Detroit I'd have made that decision in under
a second. "Thank you Sir, I've already started packing." ;)
