    Ive restarted my old network. For now its only QWK if you wish to carry it telnet to starfron.synchronetbbs.org and create an account with your QWK id and
    configure it to scan just the starnet areas. Starnet is a SciFi/Fantasy network with areas for general SciFi/Fantasy as well as specific areas for Star
    Trek,Battle Star Galaictica, Star Wars and more. I will add FTN soon.

    FTN is now added. Infopack on Vert under the bbs releated area name starinf.zip
    or on Star Frontiers in the Starnet/infopack area name starpack.zip

    I will have to grab an infopack - is there a source that doesn't require registration on a board just to fetch one file (for example, my infopacks are available by anonymous FTP/HTTP)?. Are you going to host the FTN yourself, or are looking for someone to gate it?

    Cool, just hope I can get an infopack without having to wade through a registration process. :)

    Ill be hosting it for BinkP connections. Youshould be able to http://starfron.synchronetbbs.org choose access bbs and then files and download
    as guest or ftp to the same address.

    The instructions you gave for HTTP weren't ideal, that redirected me to ftelnet, which would mean a more convoluted path. FTP worked well though. :)

    I notice you're looking for hubs. I'll consider being a hub, but I would be doing that from my Mystic system, not the Synchronet one, as Mystic is my FTN hub. Looks like a long winded email coming up. I also have to rejig my systems a bit, because I have a zone conflict, and I'm not sure Synchronet's "5D" is up to multiple FTN domains in the same zone (since it normally uses a domain to zone(s) mapping in the tosser setup). But no biggie, I only have one node in that zone and I was going to change it anyway. :)

    When you get FTN setup...let me know. Would love to carry areas...especially with some of the British/60-70's shows/movies being talked about...such as
    The Outer Limits/Lost in Space (old/new versions) & such.
