    Hi

So after lots of test messages, I have determined IREX in daemon mode
isn't detecting .flo files in the outbound and sending them.

However, running rexw -send finds them and sends them....

So I've got a batch file that scans mail with HPT, checks for .flo file,
if it exists, runs rexw -send and have this set up as an event in irex.

It seems a lot more complicated that it should be... but seems to
    work...

    Apam,
If you want the files to go immediately, aren't they supposed to be .clo
for CRASH? I may be all mixed up there, but I thought that .flo was for
    mail that could wait.

I am running IREX under OS/2 for my DOS BBS. In order to get it to send non-crash packets, I had to set up several daily events in the Event
Manager part of the config program. Each event is set up with the
command -fs so that it will poll each node and both fetch and send.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I had it set to crash the first time I tried,
as it was making .clo files, but that didn't seem to work either.

I even tried renaming the .flo to .clo as well.

Not really sure what's going on, but I have it sorted with a windows
scheduled task that scans out any messages with hpt, then calls
rexw -send if there's any messages to send.

    Thanks :)

If it works. :) I had to schedule a task to get binkit on my synchronet system to call out.
