There has been some confusion over starting the new for honour version.
I'm sorry, I forgot that the last version still used opendoors.

I changed door kits from opendoors to my own door kit due to issues with
the windows version.

You now start for honour like this:

ForHonour /Path/to/DOOR.SYS

or on windows

ForHonour X:\Path\to\DOOR32.SYS

(or if you don't have door32.sys on windows)

ForHonour X:\Path\to\DOOR.SYS SOCKET

To run maintenance, it's just: ForHonour maintenance

There is no local mode. If you want to play the game locally, telnet
into your BBS and play that way.

On windows there is no window that opens up so you can spy on your user.

On linux, cmake is now required to build magidoor (however the door is
still built with build.sh, cmake is used in the script)

The other change is to armor, previously the armor value was subtracted
from the hitvalue, this lead to negative hit values at higher levels, so enemies would heal you each time they hit you It's now a percentage
taken off the hit.
