    There's a great book by James Adams called, "Conceptual
    Blockbusting." Adams worked for NASA, and in the book
    tells the story of something they were building for a
    probe that was exceptionally complicated and a real bear
    in the design process. Eventually, however, the
    engineers realized that they didn't need it at all.
    The observation was that the easiest component of a
    complex system to debug is one that isn't there.

    Dunno how that relates to your weather script, but it's
    a fun story.

    :) Uhm well thats an aborted message. It's odd actually, that they don't turn up more often. When I first tested with the extended UTC kludge line. I found aborted messages would still get picked up by the system. It doesn't seem to catch most of them though. A lot more than just this one have been aborted before :) If this is the actual frequency the actually escape into the wild, its actually doing really well. It seems to be .5% or so getting out.

    Yeah we ran out of blood to scrawl them in, please stand by while we find the next donor. On a different note, Avon's message came first and got the big spiel. I actually think this is the first escape of an empty. If you see an empty from me that has the UTC kludge on it, you'll know it was an abort.
