Had a good day at the track. Started with the 400m hurdles, which I ran in a PB time of 1:14.91. First time I've broken 75 seconds. :) Next up was the 200 metres. At 35-40 odd minutes after the hurdles, this is a tough one to back up, but after a quick discus through, I was off to the 200. Made a few tweaks to my start and acceleration, and the result was a season best 26.90 seconds.

The day ended with our club breaking M50+ 4x200m record by 3.5 seconds. :)
