Have a look in the infopack but in brief you contact me and ask for them,
which you have :) But you will also need to install the games and set them up as per the infopack instructions. Make sure you are linked to FSX_DOOR as I will be hatching out copies of the inter-bbs games later today to all nodes that are linked to the file echo.

Great, I should be already linked to all the FSX file areas but I haven't received any files yet. (well i got the node list once, but then ended up resetting my filebases so haven't gotten anything since) Probably nothing
has been hatched since yesterday :D If there has been I screwed up my setup.

Well that hatching thingy worked then :)

I'm hoping the Mystic author g00r00 will build some announcement templates
into the MUTIL function in the coming alphas... but to be fair to the poor bloke he's got a BIG to-do and only so much time to spend on the hobby. I
think while I'll do is just set up an automated post to the BOT echo each
time I run the inter-bbs door hatchout.

I have setup BRE, For Honour and Galactic Dynasty
They all at least launch from menu and play from any of my nodes but
obviously I don't have the usenet+games link setup yet.
I've prepped the echomail node as far as I could without actual details :)
I'm interested in setting up the usenet stuff also.

Nice work with the infopack, the ./build.sh scripts worked great to compile
FH & GDYN, but I didn't notice the script at first (my ls alias for colors
was not setup for the mystic account) and it wasn't mentioned in any of the linux documents. May just want to make a note to run the ./build.sh script
to compile in the linux_myst.txt's
Also, possibly mention which version of Lua/liblua needs to be installed. i used 5.1 for FH, and then GDYN wanted 5.3. Hopefully 5.3 works for FH and I can remove 5.1 and recompile, I will try that later this evening.

Anyway I know you're busy :)

Tonight I've been looking at the 1/10 HUB and trying to suss which nodes are active (still) and which ones are not with the view to removing those nodes.
By not active I mean packets on HOLD at 1/10 for nodes have built up and not been collected .. and I'm starting to wonder if nodes that don;t seem to be sending recon packets for GD or FH and are not showing up in reports.txt
should also fall into that bucket too.

I plan to prune these nodes in the coming day or so and set up at least one
new node at the same time. I'm just waiting on some feedback from Apam as
well.

Node 4/150 - please update your software to the latest version. You should be using the latest build of the game (18) and as you are not (17) none of your packets are being included in the game

Check your games locally have reset and have not stalled or locked up. It
looks like both HUB and Agency BBS had issues. Not sure why, perhaps because
of the size of the winning score in GD? Dunno.

Looks like GD resent to 75 on both nodes. For some reason, FH was set on
15, though. I set it to 20.

Meanwhile at Agency I have got Galactic Dynasty up and running again. If
anyone is passing by and can test the game out by playing a few rounds and confirm all seems OK, please do :)

An update we're down to 1 system needing to update their game ID for Galactic Dynasty and 1 system to do the same for For Honour. Nearly there guys...
please check and update your CFG files I have sent you.

I can also confirm BRE has been reset.
