I should make a shuttle so when you connect you pick which bbs and it forwards you to it. hmm. Though I think that interferes with
downloading.

I think it may depend on how the shuttle is built and configured.
From experience, I do know that the mystic logon matrix will
interfere with any boards it shuttles to (except possibly the
mystic host).
How's everyone's long weekend (if you're in AUS) / normal weekend going?

Hi
How's everyone's long weekend (if you're in AUS) / normal weekend
going?
2 days of the Victorian Country Athletics Championships down, one to go. So far, 1 gold, 3 bronze, 2 4th places. Our club is leading by a fair margin. :)

Congrats on the medals. Just want to make sure you can stand/walk
without assistance after this weekend. If I were to do it...would be
like one of those scenes out of a Clint Eastwood movie to measure me
for a coffin. ;)
4 weeks ago, I could barely walk due to an injured calf, which I did during hurdle practice. This weekend, all was good, and that included going over 24 hurdles - 20 in the 2 races and 4 in practice. :)
Well, the final tally was 1 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze. Had a good final day with silver in the 100m hurdles, 200m, having to hold another guy off in a tough contest, and the 4 x 400m relay, which was tough at the end of a long program. :)

Very glad to hear you come thru these events safe/sound. Remember the
calf from a while ago...so was concerned that may not have healed successfully enough to get thru this past weekend.
Take it easy on yourself & don't injure anything. My problem is my mind still thinks it's 1985...while my body thinks it's 2185. As I tell co-workers/customers at work...the 2 27 year olds I stole this body
from are going to be VERY angry with me. ;)
I'm lucky, my body still recovers well, but I do make sure I have rest days. :)

True...but it just takes a little bit longer to get to the point where
I used to be.
Thanks. I also survived a tough training session last night on top. Today was fairly quiet, just a bit of light work, massage and finished with some discus and javelin practice. :)
Yeah have to give it time. I was fortunate in that I didn't let myself
go too far, before taking up the track. :)

Coolness. I'm 56, now and my knees won't let me do stuff like that now.

Gonna be a bear today in the mines. Had 1 day off yesterday & head back for 2...then 3 off for this weekend. Thank GOD that I'm off during
Super Screw 57 & can stay inside doing this or watching anything but American football.
Quieter day today. One of my training sessions cancelled due to forecast 40C heat. Not a bad thing, because I have to be extremely careful
forecast 40C heat. Not a bad thing, because I have to be extremely careful about training volume until after this Sunday. The other one
will hopefully involve lots of water! :D

Woah, I knew is was meant to be hot, but the last I heard was 30 odd today... not that its a lot different but I'm showing a 39 for today
and 41 for tomorrow... going to be a hot night... sigh... I hate days
like these...

Used to live in Bullhead City, AZ/Laughlin, NV on the Colorado River. There were many days that if it was only 40...some of the old timers
would grab their coats. ;)
Was working this evening & a customer asked me why it was so hot in my area. Had to tell them I have no idea...but am happy they noticed it.
Many times...seems like I drink my weight in water from as much as I sweat.

At 58...even at half my age...my knees wouldn't allow me to do stuff
like that.
I'm 51, and still not at my physical limits - a lot of technique stuff to work on. :)

Bad thing is the thermostat is controlled at corporate...on the other
side of the country. With the temperature being around 40 F...don't need to have it feel like it's 40 C.

That's good. Baseball, football, and working on cars pretty much did my knees in. Like to walk and hike now.

Forgot to mention that my knees (along with the rest of me) would be sitting in my chair watching you burn around them. ;)
thermostats were never more then say 62 to 65 degrees, I called
corporate to beg to raise the temp up a couple of degrees and their
answer was according to the weather for your area it is 25 degrees, so
65 is fine! I cursed them out and got written up for it!
Haha, it is fun smoking younger guys. :D
Going to nag 1 more time about this topic...that being the music. I was
in the business for around 20 years & know how to make a music list with
a limited amount of music. This past Xmas season...they would run the
same song/different artists several times an hour. After Xmas until New Years...we kept getting complaints (including staff) that Xmas is over & play something else. Finally did NY Eve. Used to love Paul McCartney as
a solo artist...but now...running lawn mowers sound better. ;)

Hahaha - Not only do I know how to put out fires, I also know how to
light them. :D
doubt when my arse is being set on fire by someone at work because I've lost so much of it over the years. ;)

Not only that...but not being a fireperson...I know beyond a shadow of
a doubt when my arse is being set on fire by someone at work because
I've lost so much of it over the years. ;)
Haha and the smell of barbecued steak? :D

When I got fixed back in 1999...the doctor had to cauterize the tubes. Smelling me burning...I mentioned that I was hungry for BBQ. ;)
