Love Doctor Who/Doc Martin/Victoria/The IT Crowd (which I watch at my lunch breaks at work) history documentaries...roughly anything which
isn't what goes for American TV now. If I can find something like Mark Loves Sharon or Mrs. Brown's Boys...that would be the cat's meow.
I am a fan of many British, Aussie, and even NZ shows, so I wind up watching a lot of PBS.
show that I think BritBox has been trying to tempt me with. One of them has also been trying to tempt with with Season 9 of Doc Martin, which
has not made it to PBS yet.
I don't really want to have to subscribe to multiple services in order to watch all the shows I like. I wish they would start buying each other up so that there would only be one or two. Then I might get real
interested.

Does anyone have a subscription to either of these services? Was
talking with a co-worker & he suggested that I would especially love BritBox. Gave up Netflix over a year ago after subscribing for over 5 years...but got tired of what I feel are below average original programming.
We've got Acorn; my wife is especially into English mysteries, and Acorn is replete with them. I'll have to look around at the non-mystery offerings.
