Those using ThreatSentry, IPData are experiencing some slowdowns today and
you may want to adjust the retry configuration as such.

32 # API request timeouts and retries
33 timeout=6
34 retry=0
35 delay=0

It should solve it, a new version is in the work that will include local caching and many other improvements.
