  • how many bbs's in new zealand

    hi all
    wondering just how many bbs's there are in on useing this fsxnet in new
    zealand and were
    im in auckland from family bbs

    If I remeber right, my nodelist compiler said their was 240 or so BBSs
    listed the last time I compiled my nodelist. No small task.. :)

    Howdy Widgit from the UK.
    Nodelist for fsxNet according to what I have here is 229 nodes in total.

    It would be cool to have some kind of heat map created based on nodes and regions of the world. Wonder if there's an easy way to achieve this.

    There's you and I and also Ian who is near Ashburton in fsxNet that are
    based in New Zealand at present, and I'd encourage you to get a node number of your own so you can ensure the reliability of your echomail/netmail feed.

    There are many more systems on fsxNet around the globe. Honestly I'm kinda suprised how few BBS are set up and running in New Zealand compared to other parts of the globe. I know of 4-5 BBS in total in New Zealand at present.

    Well there is me in auckland at S.W.A.T.S.BBS i wonder as well how many bbs's there are in new zealand
