• DOS emulation

First time around I didn't get any joy with any emulation setup save running DOS in VM's with VirtualBox. After some initial creakiness it seemed to settle in and generally behave. You'd lose odd VM's from time to time, no real idea if its the "VM" or its RLFOSSIL losing its plot. Either way having 8 nodes up helped alleviate that problem.

Fast forward to current, I find two nodes fallen over all to often. Last time I didn't have any joy with serial ports either recognised to detected by fossils. So... whats the current suggestion? I need to make a change to whats happening here at the moment.

Have you tried dosemu with tcpser?

I'm using it (under docker) to run Ezycom and POP - 4 nodes, and it works well..
