Soooo I've started disengaging from streaming the Church Services... They've finally come to the conclusion they don't know what they're doing or what they actually want. On initial arrival it was simply make it better, do what you want. Which has pro's and con's...
Ahh so next, my mother bless her cotton socks, is pushing
92. She's been in a nursing home the last years or so...
she's still pretty mobile, and insists on getting out and
walking about, despite having a walker, and seeming to enjoy
the occasional fall..
... so parked it in the street, pulled the battery expecting
to bring it in and pop it on the charger, it did seem
unusually warm..
... was in fact the battery cooking itself, boiling, and
pushing out some kind of sulphide gas. It had a couple of
leaks from the sealed top, and the sides are all bulged.
TLP's Melbourne has had a slight overhaul. Not to long ago,
I got an analogue framgrabber.

That's quite a story. Too bad it didn't pan out.
But are YOU bowing out of the project, or are THEY giving up on the project?
Right now we're only on Facebook, but I'm working on getting us a
private web site and streaming there...
I like the way this church was/is doing their multi-camera work: https://www.gracetoronto.ca/

What I've ended up doing here, is streaming directly to FB, thats where most people look and is pretty much a lowest common denominator. I save
a copy of the stream, edit to clean it up a bit if needed, not that I'm
a spiffy editor. And post it onto the website.
Looks like you're single camera at the present. Without being able to
see the space, I'd probably try and back it up and use its zoom a bit more. You can widen out and get a bit more of a feel for the space
you're using then. According to FB you're only in 480p too... I'd
suggest getting to 720p if you can, it'll look better on a larger
display, although much the same for a phone size screen.
