may enjoy it :) I looked like a Muppet back then haha
My girlfriend Zoe is with me in the Army jacket and her dog drinking my beer.

I think you mentioned it on one of the Araknet echos.

I don't remember the dog drinking the beer.

SO... do you still do musical performances?

Well I've been off the grid as far as performing - I'm 68
and I dont want to be on one of those fucking I'm OLD and were getting the
band back together assholes :) Doods look like barf when they try that shit :)

My thoughts are.. I did that shit. and it's in the matrix. Nothing left to prove - BUT.. I DO plan to make some recent recordings on my 12 sring
acousic guitar playing> (non fiddle - sorry) in the comimg year.
That's what I've been working on since I haven't actually owned a guitar
in over 30 years and played guitar way before i knew what a fiddle was.
I recently had a dear friend buy me a wicked Taylor
12 string acoustic dreadnaught and I'm all over that shit :)

That _was_ pretty neat. I wanted to wait to check out the link until someone else clicked first, but it was pretty cool. And enough before my time that
it's kind of weird what level people look/sound like people you'd see in the area today.

:P I know San Fran a bit and its rad to see this.

...people from SF just had a twitchy reaction to that. :)

I know it's not as universal as some people say it is, but I know some people find it unconscionable to use anything other than, oh, SF, San Francisco, or The City.

...if you want to go down that rabbit hole. Or just search that subreddit for "san fran".

    enjoyed watching it again.

Ha, it's true, and it's one of those things we use to peg outsiders. HA -
just kidding -- Paulie you can call it whatever you want -- but the "san
fran" thing does make me chuckle. Great Eddy Izzard bit that pokes fun at
    this as well.

Wow, so awesome to see that Hawk footage from the 1970's... That's
literally right down the street from where I live in Berkeley. So much
and so little has changed here since then.

A lot of singers seem to be doing ok for their age: Springsteen
    (71),

It works better when you are not fat and overweight, and still
have a good set of hair. :D

I think it was one of the AMA shows only 5 or 8 years ago,
featured, Dylan, McCartney, Robbie Robertson, and a whole bunch
of other "old" guys (maybe 12 of them on stage?) doing a medley
of tunes at the end of the show. It actually looked pretty sad
seeing all those old dudes up their at once. It was primarly
because they each had their own styles and attention to each
other: they did not all seem to like it and the singing was
    "off".

Keep us posted on your project. It's so much easier to self-
produce and distribute music than it was in the 70s.
