Hey update here on V'Ger and of course, myself.

I'm back amongst the rest of you humans, thankfully, the fires in October
ended up with me almost being incinerated following a long period of being mostly without any Internet access or cellular communication.

Long story short. I'm back, and I'm happy, living in a nice home I've rented here on the North Humboldt coast just a stone's throw from the water.

I don't expect to be around a whole heck of a lot over the next couple of months but will do my best to stop in and try to keep abreast of the goings
on.

Thankfully, Mystic, and more importantly, my cloud infrastructure, is pretty rock solid and managed to keep humming right along during a long period where
I was basically unable to attend to my hosting business operations.

Yah, I lost quite a few customers not being able to even receive technical support tickets, and I'm in the process of doing major cleanups and patching systems to current, but other than that, the biggest issues have been hearing car doors closing and the icemaker in the fridge stirring the ice - things
that almost sent me through the roof when I first started my adjustment
period upon returning to civilization from three years living like Jeremiah Johnson in the remote wilderness forests on the mountain.

Well, I hope everyone is doing okay and I can't wait to catch up when I've
got more time to engage :)

Hey there :)

Welcome back. Good to hear things are going well for you and you're back in
the connected online world for a bit.

Life is rolling along over here in New Zealand. Mostly OK on the Covid-19
front with just 2-3 cases of community reported in recent days that our health officials are working hard to contain.

Summer here but the weather is all over the place, we had a heatwave one day then it felt like almost winter today :(

I'm bashing away at setting up a Linux HUB for Fidonet at present.
