    Greasings and Sanitations,

I'm having some strife... no not the "trouble and strife" kind. Has
anyone tried using XFS191 against an NFS 3/4 server? It will work against a "buntu" nfs server.. but seeing as said machine is presently defunct, I'm trying to have it mount from a Thecus NAS which its not having any of.

The ol' heads been a place all over the bit recently so I could just be
missing something. Just to complicate matters, intestinal issues have been
fun too... nearly ready for incontinence aids...

Take care of yourself Spec.... sorry to hear of the health probs...

I'm bashing away at links and routing tables for HPT at present. Bashing is probably the operative word.

Hope you sort the mounting issues soon :)

    Howdy,

I'm having some strife... no not the "trouble and strife" kind. Has anyone tried using XFS191 against an NFS 3/4 server? It will work against a "buntu" nfs server.. but seeing as said machine

I dont use XFS191 - but I might play with it at some point (although I have a netware server running now, so its not really needed for my DOS stuff).

But from what I found, it probably only supports NFS v1. So if the thecus can do v1, or you can run a usermode nfs server that supports v1 you might be OK.

(Or spin up a netware and use the IPX/netware client for your network shares...?)
