It's ironic in that over here in Dunedin, New Zealand we are having a lousy summer with temps around 10 degrees Celsius lower than normal. I have been lighting the fire at night to keep warm. Today when my wife and I were out
most people are wearing winter jackets, scarves etc. It's totally nuts.
Summer is MIA here.

Love snow, do not like Ice, but the cold is fine with me. As long as I
am able to have firewoood, oil, furnace whatever to keep icicles from
forming on me.

I'm with you there, usually easier to get warm than it is to try and keep �your
cool. We get the annual migration to the shopping centre/mall for air �con amongst those that don't have it.
