Is there anyone about who is good with CSS?

I am working on a website form but could use guidance in the coming days to
lay the form out the way I want to display it.

I suspect inline CSS will be the way to achieve what I want to do.

CSS is magic.

...as in, I have no idea what's going on, but if I say the correct (but strange) incantations, sometimes the magic works.

But that probably just means that I don't know what I'm doing.

Good luck with the project, and I hope someone here is more expert on the
topic than me, and willing to help (And I'm guessing there's already been a response or two).
