Seems to be the week for Sabretooth to have problems. Having had to delve
into its gizzards yesterday replacing the fan.... today I get home from the bible bashers seminar and get the story it went POP and stopped.

Sure enough no power on, although its still supplying standby power. Reef
the supply out, it has an odour but nothing strong. I can't spot where anything has actually gone bang, the bridge and the trannies look ok... I
give it away and just swap the supply... we have bootage.... It appears to have taken out the HD while popping the power supply though. :/

Checking to see if I can recover the HD, may be offline for some time. On the plus side... is there a plus side? <ponder> I may not have substantial
backups for this HD...
