    Is it a worthy effort to get it installed to try out some of the linux apps before fully going in it?

    I have been introducing Linux to users for some time now, and I think the only way to get the hang of it is installing it and
    using it.

    If people has it inside emulation, dual boot or whatever, they tend to go back to the operating system they know.

    My father had a dual boot Linux/Windows for a long time and he didn't really use Windows. He'd boot it up to look at the
    wallpaper, and then boot Windows because Linux didn't have a torrent client installed or whatever. Fact is Linux had every
    application he needed available, but he was too lazy to force himself to go and
    isntall them.

    He started using Linux seriously when he needed some specific software that I told him was Linux-only. He thought he had no
    option but to boot Linux and actually use it. When he started using it, he discovered he liked it. Nowadays he wants to use no
    other thing. He even had me replace Windows for Linux for his bussines.

    WSL kinda pissed me off where I ended up uninstalling it.
    I'll likely make a full VM of it instead.
