    Ceph could be made to stop responding if it received specially
    crafted network traffic.

    Or Friedman discovered that Ceph incorrectly handled disconnects.
    A remote authenticated attacker could possibly use this issue to
    cause Ceph to consume resources, leading to a denial of service.
