Sorry for all of the dark mystery. The issue was if a person would be allowed to make multiple nominations, what defines a nomination, and how many seconds can a person make. While I am not a judge, I do spend most of my day deciphers
military regualtions and applying common sense to a complex network. Therefore,
a bit scatter-brained at the end of the day.

After reviewing the rules and a good nght sleep, I agree in that a person is allowed to make multiple nominations and seconds. Within reason, within reason of course. Policy 4 stipulate a limit of nomination, only votes casted during the election.

Therefore, the below has been verified to be the current status of the nominations.

I checked, I can see he is here due to 'taptap' as I was checking access. I do not see an acceptance in the echo and of course, would not in netmail.

It may be he declines but I do not see anything. He may be deciding still?
