Philosophy

I believe that most people (the vast majority of people) are kind, generous, and cooperative.

That's exactly the way I have always gone into most discussion/situations. I agree it's important.

I prefer to assume that anyone I talk to is in that group
unless or until they prove otherwise. I note that all the job titles in FidoNe
include the term "Coordinator". Nowhere does the concept of "ruler" or "boss" come in (with the exception of point networks).

To this end, I consider that the ZC is a "first among equals" RC. I know Polic >4 doesn't specifically state that, but it seems clear to me from the selection
process and job description. Over the many years that Janis has been Z1C she has helped hundreds of us. I would hope to continue in that tradition.
