    Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 205...

    The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 205
    continues.

    SUMMARY...A threat for isolated severe wind gusts will continue for
    the next few hours in WW 205. Storms may develop to the west and
    north of the WW. An additional WW is not likely due to the expected
    isolated nature of the severe threat.

    DISCUSSION...Storms that initially developed in WW 205 have now
    moved offshore. A supercell over Fauquier County, VA has show broad
    rotation over the last hour or so on KLWX radar. A few small showers
    have also formed to the west of WW 205, but have generally struggled
    to mature. While ongoing storms will be moving into richer boundary
    layer moisture and better instability -- MLCAPE from 1000-2000 J/kg
    -- the current thinking is that storm coverage and intensity will
    generally stay low given the better forcing lifting to the northeast
    per water vapor imagery. Should any storm mature, the primary threat
    will continue to be severe wind gusts. While an additional WW is not anticipated, trends will be monitored.
