The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 413 continues.

SUMMARY...A local temporal extension may be needed for the southeast
part of WW 413, as the potential for severe storms persists beyond
23Z across that region.

DISCUSSION...Objective analyses indicated surface-vorticity-rich air
extending across the southern part of WW 413 where there also exists
high surface to 3 km MLCAPE (125-175 J/kg). A west-northwestward-
moving outflow boundary extending from northern Milam to northern
Robertson Counties within this favorable environment for low-level
storm rotation, suggests any sustained updrafts tracking across or
in vicinity of these counties in the southern part of WW 413 could
produce a tornado. Current storm motions attendant to the western
most storms in WW 413, Falls to Limestone Counties, will still be in
the watch after expiration of 23Z, suggesting a local temporal
extension may be required given the presence of moderate instability
and strong bulk shear for storms to remain organized in the short
term.
