The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 332
continues.

SUMMARY...An isolated wind damage threat may affect northwest Ohio
late this afternoon but a weather watch is not anticipated.

DISCUSSION...The latest radar imagery shows a line of strong
thunderstorms in far northwest Ohio extending into far southeast
lower Michigan. The line is located along a gradient of moderate
instability where MLCAPE values are in the 2000 to 2500 J/kg range.
The line is also located along the southern edge of a belt of
enhanced mid-level flow. The WSR-88D VWP in northern Indiana shows
0-6 km shear of 30 kt along with some directional shear in the
lowest 1 km AGL. This combined with steep low-level lapse rates may
be enough for an isolated wind damage threat over the next few hours
as the line moves southeastward. However, the threat should be
marginal and a weather watch will probably not be needed.
