SUMMARY...A few instances of brief funnel clouds are possible with
stronger updrafts near a surface warm front and upper-level low. Any
funnel that reaches the ground, though unlikely, would be brief and
weak. No WW is likely.

DISCUSSION...Ambient vorticity from a strong upper-level low as well
as a surface warm front has led to a few instances stronger updrafts
acquiring weak rotation and producing funnel clouds. These funnels
were reported with a line of generally weak storms from Brown
County, MN to near Palo Alto County, IA. Brief instances of funnels
may occur with some of the stronger updrafts. While these funnels
are not likely to reach the ground, should touchdown occur, it would
likely be brief and quite weak. No WW is likely.
